I am the head of the Strategic Studies Section at Trends Research and Advisory in Abu Dhabi. Before joining Trends, I spent six years as a researcher of Israeli politics and Middle East–American relations at the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR). Most of my career has been at think tanks, where I’ve written many research and policy papers, book chapters, books, and media articles. The news platforms that typically publish my work include The Jerusalem Post, Aletihad newspaper, and the Alain News and Mufakiru Alemara websites. I have also lectured multiple times at the UAE’s Ministry of Defense, presented papers at conferences—including the International Government Forum in Sharjah—and have taught a course in political analysis for ECSSR’s program for young researchers. I have also completed several internships at sovereign entities, such as the UAE’s prime minister’s office and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I received my master’s degree in international security from Khalifa University and my undergraduate degree in political science from UAE University. I was chosen by Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince Court to represent UAE youth in Germany, and I won the Sharjah Award for Excellence in Education twice.
